Certain tea chests/boxes and most of our child's tea sets can be shipped internationally. Please note: Not all of our products are available for international shipping.
If we cannot ship your purchase internationally, we will notify you immediately.
Qualified Countries
Prettywood Tea ships to the following international countries only:
Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Virgin Islands and Wales.
In an effort to keep our international shipping costs as low as possible, Prettywood Tea sends orders via USPS Global Priority/Express Mail.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling fees do NOT cover any taxes, duties or broker fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your country's postal service or customs department to determine what those fees may be.

For shipping International, please select Priority Shipping during Checkout. We will invoice you for any additional shipping and handling charges. -
APOs, FPOs and other US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) ship via USPS Priority Mail.

International orders are generally processed within one week (we usually ship international packages on Fridays).

International shipping times vary, but can take about 4-6 weeks. Delays are often caused by customs.

In some countries, it can take up to a few weeks for items to clear customs.

APOs have been known to take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

We recommend ordering very early for holiday deliveries.

These packages cannot be tracked once they leave our shipping facility. -
Even thought we inspect each package prior to shipping and pack carefully, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on damaged products sent internationally.

We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave the U.S.

Items will be marked as merchandise on custom form as it is illegal to mark as gift.

We do not ship orders over $300 to international locations.
We diligently check all international orders for signs of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason and refund your credit card. We will contact you if we cannot process your order.
