Returns
Within 30 days of the invoice date (Exceptions**), refunds will be
given for merchandise that is returned unused, and in original condition. Actual
shipping and handling that we incurr are not refundable unless it is a result of our error. For
health reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items or tea.If your order is
defective or incomplete, we need to be notified within 5 business days of
receipt. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with an identical product
and any return shipping will be refunded.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of any
type without prior authorization first.
This allows us to ensure
your specific needs are being met throughout the return process. Returns without prior authorization and
an assigned RMA # on the label can be refused and
cannot be guaranteed their appropriate refund amount.
Upon our review, we will send you return instructions. We
must receive the product within 15 days of receiving return instructions.
A full refund for the returned product(s) will be issued ONLY if returned item
is new re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, as we cannot be responsible for
damages in return shipping, we do ask you use the original packing material and
an insured carrier for your returns. We must receive the merchandise back in its
original and like new condition.

**Exceptions:
- As with any glassware, porcelain, or ceramic; our sun
tea jars, children's tea sets, teapots, teacups or tea sets need to be
handled a little more carefully. Subsequently, refunds, returns or
exchanges will be given for those items within 5 days of
receipt. We ask you to check for breakage immediately upon
receipt.
- All items in our CLOSEOUT Category
are seconds, irregulars and are imperfect. These items cannot be
returned for a refund or exchange.
- No returns on engraved products.
If your
order is returned to us for inadequate address or your product could not be
delivered for any reason and returned to us you will refunded the purchase price
less a 20% restocking fee. If you request we re-ship, you will be charged
any return shipping fees incurred plus the additional shipping and handling fee
for the re-delivery.
