Rates are calculated by the Zip Code of the shipping address. You may use the shipping calculator within the shopping bag to check rates. There is no commitment to purchase by doing this. Be aware that the rates do fluctuate along with the cost of fuel and are subject to change at any time, and you will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Your package is usually processed and shipped within 1 business day with standard time in transit 5-10 business days. During the busy holidays, it can take on average 3 days to process and then ship.
Sun Tea and Beverage Jars and the Porcelain Child's Tea Sets may be slightly more as extra care needs to be taken for packing. The sun tea jars are shipped directly from our distribution center in 4-5 days. Standard transit time for the 48 contiguous states is 5-10 days. Hawaii and Alaska can be longer. If expedited shipping is required please remember that the distribution center may not ship for a couple of days especially during the holidays.
Engraved Brass Plates and Custom please allow 4-5 days for processing, even if you choose priority/express shipping. They are shipped separately via First Class Mail so as to not delay the shipment of your tea box.
